NCC - SSID settings broken

I have a very simple setup, with 9 NWA210 AP connectet to Nebula Control Center.

When i go to Access point > Configure > SSID settings, it shows the settings for the first SSID correct. Then when i try, in the dropdown, to select another SSID the client side code breaks, an in the console log, there is a "Must supply a value for form control with name: 'portGroup'" exception.

The result is that only few of the settings is updated on the page, to reflect the chosen SSID, and if you press save, you actually save settings from the first SSID, on the selected SSID.

In general, the interface seems broken, and often it just ends up unresponsive, and i have to reload the page.

Behavior is the same in both chrome and edge.

Are there any way to fix the above?

    Hi @Torben

    Welcome to Zyxel community!

Can you post a screenshot of exception page?

We’d like to check the config of your SSID settings.

Please enable the Zyxel support at Help > Support request > Invite Zyxel support as administrator, and provide the Org and Site name for us to check.

    Thank you.

    Regards,

    Bella

    Hi @Torben,

After checked, if user didn’t select USG model at USG FLEX > Monitor > USG FLEX will cause the exception issue due to the empty value.

We’ve temporally assign a model name as the workaround for you to edit SSID without problem.

We will implement the solution soon, thank you for your post of concerning the issue.

    Regards,

    Bella
