Problem with license activation

Hello Zipolla,
Based on the description, looks like all of the devices had a Plus license assigned.
You may go to the "Overview" tab, and please click the "Upgrade" button on the right corner to activate the license and upgrade to Plus pack organization.
Just in case you've encounter any problem, please provide the organization name and help to activate Zyxel support located at HELP > Support request, so I could have the privilege to check the current settings and status.

Hi Jonas,the problem is that i can't find the refresh button.I am attaching the image of the Overview section. I had Pro licenses and now we have got the pluses.In the meantime I have opened a ticket as you advised me.Thanks Francesco

Hi Jonas,I contacted the support as you told me. They told me that I had to downgrade to the basic version first and then I could activate the PLUS version.I did as they told me, but I still can't find the button to activate the licenses. Also now, having downgraded to the BASE version, I can no longer access support.Can you help me? Thanks Francesco
