Site-to-Site VPN settings not propagating

Hi, I'm dealing with an issue where s2s vpn settings to non-nebula peers aren't propagating to the device from Nebula. I've been fiddling around with the custom IPsec policy, but for example the mode (Main/Agressive) doesn't change as per the logs. Post having disabled (and re-enabling of course) the entire VPN functionality in nebula, no connection build up is taking place at all. Also, some strange things in the Phase2 in custom policy, the options for "Authentication" show Diffie-Helman groups (DH1-15) in stead of the usual encryption options (SHA,MD5,etc).
Anybody got some good advice, I hope? I'm lost at it...

Hi Chris, organisation is LeNord , access privilige has been activated.
Though strangely the issue at hand seems to be resolved atm
Now back to the quest at hand, making the tunnel work with a Fritzbox device on the other side
