Zyxel Drive app hung on “connecting”

NAS326.
Paired in Zyxel Cloud and I can use http or https over WebDAV to connect remotely from my laptop. So far so good.
But in the iPhone Zyxel Drive app - it lists my NAS but then the icon blinks and it says “connecting” and that’s it never progresses any further.

Think I’m missing something. Are there any other settings I need to change in the NAS drive to allow the app to work above those settings made for WebDAV to work?

any wise words appreciated!

    This symptom will be fixed in the iOS’s next Zyxel Drive application update.

    Please kindly wait for the next version. It will be ready by the end of August.

    android app will be update too?

    This issue doesn’t exist on Android version. 

    So currently we don’t have plan for updating Android’s Zyxel Drive application.

    Please provide update on the "app hung on connecting" issue. Or suggest any work around

    Hello; I have NAS326 since couple of weeks.
    I use an ios phone.
    Both Zcloud and Zyxel Drive apps crashes when I define the destination folder for the photo backup. Could you please consider them to update again?

    I try to log out and login account on Zyxel drive app, and the photo can be uploaded.
    You can have a try.
