I have had a ZYXEL

that my ISP for more than 2 years now give or take its always served me well but i now have requirement to block certain devices from access whatsapp and instagram at certain times .. is this router capable or do i require a new device..regards

The parental controls feature might help you do this.
There is some infomation in the user guide, a copy of which I found at https://www.studerus.ch/de/support/download/60486_1
Unfortunately, the Zyxel copies of the user guide on their ftp site have vanished.

Thanks for this i did try them but i believe the didnt apply ... so testing other methods as well but thanks for the manual i will go through it and see if i missed anything..
