Nebula not recognizing Pro Pack

All the devices show Pro Pack but Nebula still sees the organization as Base.  How do you correct this?

    Hi @ShawnD,

    Based on your scenario, if the organization once downgraded to base, you'll need to manually click the "Upgrade now" in the overview tab, as figure below.
    Reminder: Please be ensure that all devices have PRO licenses assigned.
