Why can I not see signal strength for some APs in Nebula?
Hi, I am only able to see the signal strength for some of the NWA1123 access points that are listed on the client list in Nebula. The ones that don't show the signal strength are slightly older and on another site. Is this an issue with the hardware or do I need to configure Nebula differently?

Regarding the question that signal strength doesn’t show on older AP models and on another site, may I confirm that have you already enabled the signal strength option in that site? Please refer to the picture below.
Also, the signal strength will only display under “Access point clients”.
If you choose other selections (e.g. All), there will not have the signal strength option.
However, if the above reply cannot solve your issue, please help to provide the name of your Org/Site, then enable "Invite Zyxel support as administrator" in your site so that we can access the site and analyze the problem.
