Hi, I've recently bought a NWA50AX and I'm unable to login via the Web login because i don't know the login details? I don't remember setting anything up when i did through the app? The access point is up and running fine and accessible via the app..?

    Dear @Cammage08,

    Welcome to Zyxel Community!
    Once you have added the AP onto your Nebula Org/Site, the AP will be managed via Nebula, and the password of AP will be set to the one from Nebula Control Center > Site-wide > General settings > Local credentials > Password.


    Here’s the URL to login to Nebula web version, the login username/password is same as Nebula App version.

    I'm curious about the reason why you'd like to login to device GUI after moving it to Nebula?

    Since all settings can be done on Nebula, so far I can't come out if there's any need to login my device. Or is there any management ideas I might missing?
