comment faire le reset de la NWA55AXE ?

bonjour ,je n'arrive pas à me connecter et a faire le paramètrage du réseau.

    Hello Sir,

    For device reset or basic network settings, we'd recommend a utility called ZON with you.
    (https://www.zyxel.com/products_services/Zyxel-ONE-Network-Utility-ZON-Utility/)

    Kindly download it first, then install it on your laptop. After that, put your laptop in the same network as the NWA55AXE. Open the ZON utility, and then you can easily change AP's IP, or even reset it to default on this tool.



    When you do the configuration change, you'll be asked the device password:





    If the device has already online on Nebula Control Center before, kindly see refer to the page [Site wide > General Settings > Device configuration] to see the password.



    If the device has never been online on Nebula Control Center before, kindly use the password you've set before (or just the default password)

    bonjour ,il n'y a rien qui fonctionne sur le nwa55axe depuis le premier jour que j'ai essayer de l'activé,je n'ai jamais put avoir de point d'accès wifi,il n'est pas detecter sur mon reseau non plus

    Hi Sir,

    When device boots up, you should see an SSID on the smartphone which starts from "Zyxel-XXXX" (Last four digits of the MAC address)

    If there's no such SSID seen, you can then connect your laptop directly to the NWA55AXE, and see if it can be detected on the ZON. If it still fails, then it could be a product failure. Kindly contact with our regional contact window, we'll provide with further help.
