It doesn't need to enter a specific dir.
You may use get & put command to achieve the goal.
Steps as follow:
For standalone switch:
1. Input get command to get config:
2. Input put command to restore the config:

I have try your solution but i have this strange behaviour:

After msg: 200 Port command okay nothing happen, and after a timeout appear msg 425 Data connection reset.0 -

Based on the screenshot, more likely the problem is more related to the application layer, as you could access the switch. I assume that the firewall inbound rule is blocking the FTP service.
For a simple test, you may disable the PC firewall and wait for a bit and reconnect to switch via FTP.
Reminder: It might need a minute to reconnect again as the session needs to finish the traffic flow.
After disabling the firewall, please try to "get config" again for verification.
Tips: You may also add an allow inbound rule in the firewall settings if you don't want to disable the whole firewall application.
