My Wifi Antenna NWD6602 doesn't work properly

Hello.
I've bought Zyxel NWD6602, plugged it into USB port, installed latest Zyxel driver.
My Wifi router is Huawei EchoLife HG8245W5. Windows 10. 80% signal. Same problem on 2ghz and on 5ghz:
When I plug the NWD6602 into USB, wifi sometimes works, often it shows "unable to connect" error.
I have a "press wps button on router" popup. This button does nothing.
Is it possible to solve this problem? Thanks.

Try to disable WPS option on the router above and disable the RunSWUSB service and WPS2.0 on the windows laptop.0

I've uninstalled Realtek software and suddenly nwd6602 wifi works well.
Last thing I would like to undestand:Windows OS (nwd6602,5ghz,ac)shows 585/585mbit WiFi transmit rate. Browser download rate is 200-250mbit.But my 2years old smartphone does 250-320mbit browser download.Why does nwd6602 not go as fast as the smartphone?
