I have the BSA325 V2 installed in my network. I have moved to another computer and the ZTE program to mange the NAs is not transferred. Can I find the software somewhere?
All is still function well, but I want to make a backup and change the settings....

Do not know what tool you are using, but I think you mean the NAS utility tool.

If i want to to this, the MAC says: 'Another NAS Starter Utility exists and is running.' Bu i do not enter the ZTW utility for my NAS. I also can not enter the NAS via the IP adress or name. I can store and retrieve files from the NAS. What can i do to control my NAS again?0 -
Just use the webinterface. http://<ip-of-nas>/
