[NEBULA] Weekly report and Monthly report

Both weekly and monthly reports are based on scheduled email report. Weekly report will be sent on every Monday after 00:00 AM including the whole previous week. As for Monthly report, it will be mailed on 1st of each month around 00:00 AM covering with the past 1 month report. It is also a normal behavior for 5 -10 minutes delays to get the report .0 -

BTW, may I change the schedule from 00:00 AM to 8:00 AM?I am bug.
