Firmware Upgrade not working

I'm unable to get switches and APs to upgrade their firmware. Nebula indicates that the process has started but nothing actually happens. I suspect something firewall or web filter related could be blocking...

Thank you - On one of my sites I'm finding the it's also using 54.73.103.137 on 6667 but that address is not listed. Allowing it does make cloud connect a lot faster.

We still continue to have problems getting the devices updated. All firewall information has been added but it still fails. If we apply an any rule to specific IP addresses it completes fine.0
