My Mac, iPhone and PlayStation all say there's no internet connection, but I'm able to use other devices. My ISP has confirmed that the internet is working and I should update firmware, but can't find on your website.please assist

There is firmware version 5.50(ABPM.6)C0 for EMG3525-T50B available for download at https://support.zyxel.eu/hc/en-us/articles/360019108619-Zyxel-security-advisory-for-DNSpooq
The user guide is at https://spdl.zyxel.com/VMG8623-T50B/user_guide/VMG8623-T50B_1.pdf which is applicable to EMG series as well.

thank you for your prompt reply. I downloaded the file and unzipped it. uploaded the .bin file, but its not uploading when I upload. can you please assist further.
