Can't instal NAS Starter Utility for Zyxel 540

I just reinstaled Windows 10 on my computer, and when i downloaded the NAS Starter Utility for my Zyxel NAS 540, it can't open the installer files, so i can install the Starter Utility. What's wrong, and why can't i get this to work?
Anyone know what to do?

    Thank you for a fast reply.
    There is nothing to take a screenshot of. 
    I can't get the installer of the NAS Starter Utility to start, like a normal installer does.
    After i hit enter, nothing happends.
    Whats wrong? Is it that i run Windows 10?

    You might try installing with Admin priviledges.

    @JockeSve I have tried that multiple times, with no luck. The installer just wont start.
    Is there something that makes Windows don't want to start the installer, and where in that case?

    Do you really need the Starter Utility?
    Use your favorite web browser and type in the url bar: //nas540
    Or check the ip address in your router.

    @ariek I need the Starter Utility as its easier for my part, and i now realy want to know why i can't get the installer for the Starter Utility to work.
    Typing that in the url bar did nothing for me i'm afraid..
