ATP100W wpa ssid not working
Hi all I have configured some atp100w and never encounter wifi problems.
But on one of them I setup two ssid one for guest which is open and it works well. Device like phone and computer connect to them and got an ip adress on another lan (pool).
The second one is a pro ssid. Used to be internal of the office Lan to have access to same ressource as rj45 câble.
The problem on this second man is I cannot have a connection to it.
I click on my wifi icon then click on the Pro ssid it take long time to ask me the password. I enter it then click connect and then wait but after a time I got an error and I am never connected to this network.
I try with different devices.
I already change the name of the ssid just to try, password also, type of security.
I try also to use the quick setup but it end in the same issue.
Also another question we cannot delete ssid from web gui is this normal ?
is this possible to reset all Wi-Fi’s settings and ssid from webconsole command line ?
thanks a lot.

Hi today a new discovery. Actually my pro wifi is set to interface lan1 which is the same as rj45 network with dhcp server enable on this interface. If I put lan2 in my pro ssid it works but I am on another Lan . It look like lan1 interface doesn’t want to give up ip address to my wifi client.Any idea ?Please
thanks.0 -
Check bridges an vLANs.I spend a couple of afternoons try to arrange correctly two APs (on into an USG60w, one phisical) on two vLANs, and it was quite a long road to be "stupid enough" to not assume anything.0

Thanks for your answer. Can you explain where I must check bridge and Vlan in atp100w 5.30 ?Strange thing is on anothers atp100w wifi part is easy as it should.I check vlan and bridge and there nothing configured on the problematic atp100w and nothing also on a working atp100wI doesn’t really understand the problem0

HI @CcHuMi
just for recap:
you are talking about embedded WiFi controller
"Pro" ssid has parent zone Lan1
"Guest" ssid has parent zone Lan2
right?did you check the DHCP server configuration on Lan1?system log may help you understand what happened when a client tries to connect ... can you see something "strange"?0 -
Hi yes it is embedded Wifi in the ATP100W.
Pro SSID has parent Zone Lan1
And Guest DMZ for now ( I have tried everything this week-end)
DHCP Server is like this :
System Log show this :
I don't really understand the errors.
Today I just ask someone on the site to try it next to zyxel but same thing.
If you have idea...
Thanks a lot0 -
Hi @CcHuMi,Please send the startup-config.conf to me in private message. I'd like to check your settings.
