And for Mesh, does it use my WiFi directly?

    Hi @Roudeleiw

     

    You can press hardware reset button on the device for more than 10 seconds.

    Would you tell us more information or the scenario about the using your WiFi for mesh?

    Zyxel mesh requires at least two Zyxel APs, one connect to wired as root and another connect to root via wireless as repeater.

My Zyxel Zyxel Cloud WiFi 6 AX1800 Outdoor does not have a button

    Hi @Roudeleiw

     

    Thanks for providing the information and after learning your model, we have to have to inform you this AP cannot create mesh with other brands.

     

    But if you’re talking about seamless roaming when both devices can connect to wired Ethernet, normally same SSID with same security password can achieve the goal unless compatible spec issue between different brands. We suggest you can setup and try to access internet when walk between devices to check if all works fine.

     

    If your AP is NWA55AXE, you can register and unregister it from Nebula then it will reset to default. Thank you
