ATP700 : "USB Storage is removed without prior umount"

Hello,
We have 2 ATP700s with 1 USB key connected on each for saving logs and sometimes, I receive this message by e-mail (regardless of the firewall): "USB Storage is removed without prior umount".
The keys are not full (about 8GB out of 64GB)
I tried changing the USB drive and it didn't change anything. Is there a recommended brand of USB key that would not cause this inconvenience?

Thanks !

Julien, Ateliers Le Mauff SAS

PS : Sorry for my english   :)

There is no limitation of the maximum size of the USB storage.
You can connect the USB storage as long as it is one of the file systems: FAT16, FAT32, EXT2, or EXT3.
If you doesn't click the button "Remove Now" before you unplug the USB storage, you will see the message in the log "USB Storage is removed without prior umount".
If you click the button "Remove Now" before you unplug the USB storage, the message in the log will be "USB Storage has been removed by prior umount".

    Hi @Zyxel_Emily ,
The problem is that no one removes the usb storage. I changed the key, tried with our other ATP700 whatever the firmware version, 2 to 4 times a month, the key disconnects. Should I use a usb2.0 drive instead ?
PS : the firewall is scheduled to restart once a month.
