Hi, my customer has 2 firewall connected through vpn site to site

Some monthes ago the service stops working.

It could depend the organization now use the base pack?

This problem is not due to the base pack since site-to-site VPN can be used in all organization types.
May I know what firewall model is your customer using?
Can you help to enable Zyxel support and provide the organization name for us to check? You can leave the organization name here or provide it to me via PM.
Please go to Help > support request > Zyxel support to enable

I check the VPN connection and found the site-to-site VPN is connected.
May I know if the problem is still there?
If yes, can you describe the symptom?

If you not only use NSG but also USG FLEX/ATP in your sites, you also can reference this topic to create.
