Where can I download the last NAS Starter Utility, for NAS 542?
I can't find it anywhere in the downloads section.

  As they state it's discontinued my guess is never... 
  You should be able to connect to Your NAS with https://findme.zyxel.com or directly with it's IP address. I.e  http://192.168.1.100/ (or whatever IP Your NAS has).
