Hi @IT_Engineering_1,
Welcome to the Zyxel community!
Which product are you asking for?
Could you provide the model name and the current firmware version?
And which firmware type did you choose? Is it "latest"?
Also, please provide your org name and enable Zyxel support for us to check.
Please access Help > Support Request > Zyxel support access to enable and save. Thanks.Zyxel Melen

First many thanks for your quick response! The Organisation Name is "ITE" Zyxel Support Access is enabled. You can see the issue at Site "winter2". There are NWA50AX Accesspoints. The site is not in an production environment so feel free to perform restarts or anything else.

Hi @ IT_Engineering_1
Because the latest version V6.29P0 is temporarily removed due to it has been verified it may cause repeated reboot in worst case scenario, the Nebula Firmware available status will display Upgrade available if the device running non-V6.29P0 firmware and can’t be upgraded.
We’ve checked your running version is stable, you can keep using without worries, and please ignore if you received an upgrade available message.

Thank you
Jay
