xgs2210 I lost ip interface

Hello
I have 2 xgs2210 switches in a stack.
I don't know why but I lost the web interface.
I connected to the console to assign it a new management address but I have errors (routing table)
do you have a procedure?

    @CCVO,
    Could you please use Zyxel ZON utility to set IP address, if still not works then please screenshot the error message with your configuration file private message to me.

    Can you restart the switch via the little clip-operated button?

    I restarted the switch, I also injected an old configuration. the state does not change
