Has zyxel service been hacked?

1. they are asking question that they should know and when they receive the answers they are not responding. My nas326 has been hacked and is been controlled out side my network I need help

    Which website do you ask for help, could you provide us with the website link?
    How do you know your NAS326 is controlled outside your network?
    Could you describe more details about it?

    Please do not buy the Zyxel nas326 the online web site has been hack. The service department is stalling. Asking for information they already have. I would be very careful about buying any of zyxel products I will be going back to newegg for a refund.

    How do we know that it is hacked. Any parameters to determine that?  :)
