USG 200 WAN with 2 Networks/VLAN

Hi,

my provider send me some information how to connect by FTTH.

I am using an older USG 200 Security Gateway. I need to connect by pppoe without any vlan id to use internet. I am using wan1. This works great!

To use voip i need to setup a second connection on the same wan interface (wan1) but with  vlan id 2222.

How can i setup a second network on the same wan1 interface?

    Did you lost your IP address on wan2_ppp when enable vlan2222 ?

    Greeting forum, Please kindly add the VLAN interface with VLAN ID 2222 and base wan1 port. 

    Then you may test the VOIP connection. Thank you

    Thanks alot. My phone is currently in lan1did i need an entry in the firewall settings to route vlan2222 to lan1? Later i like to move the phone to vlan40

    In general, just check you have security policy to allow these traffic. 
    But whether need other settings or not depends on your network architecutre.

    Thanks for your help!

    I have added a vlan2222 on wan2 using dynamic ip. I got an ip from my internet provider on vlan222 10.8.x.x. 

    But now my internet connection wont work any more. If i disable vlan2222 my internet connection works.

    I am using a pppoe connection on wan2 and setup a lan2 (port 3) on the usg2000 to add a voip-fone there. 

    My provider uses two networks connected over one wan interface:

    no vlanid: internet
    vlan2222: voip


    I think my problem is the routing if i enable the vlan2222 

    I never setup some special routes. I am using the firewall to restrict access to some vlans i am using for computer, guest, iot. I only have some routes for a vpn connection to our company (COMPANY_LAN). This is my routing table:

    After remove Trunk member vlan2222 internet access works now.
