Hello, I have a GS2200-24 switch and I cannot manage it through the web administration. At least I can't connect in any way, the ports work but the message doesn't. Does anyone know what's wrong with it? (I don't have a console cable.)

    Are you aware of what is the ip address of the device?
    Are you aware if there's any limitation about the source ip address to access the device?
    Is the device "configured" in any way or is it "stock configuration"?

    There should be a reset button on the side then it 192.168.1.1

    Welcome to Zyxel community!
    The reason you could not access it might be:
    1. Wrong management IP address. Please make sure the IP address you connect with is correct. You can try to use Advanced IP Scanner to find out the switch IP address.
    2. Make sure the PC is in the same subnet/VLAN as the switch.
    3. Switch access method does not allow HTTP. Please use HTTPS or use Telnet/SSH to access switch.
    4. If still can't access switch, please purchase a console to factory default your switch.
    Below are the factory default steps and attached is the ROM file for you to upload in step 5.
