When adding a rule to XS1930-10, an error Error occurs: Add policy rule failed

Please clarify what the problem may be

Could you share what rule did you add and the tech support?
Please go to Management > Maintainece > tech support > all to download.
I will try replicating it and check tech support's event log.

Adding to the current rule also does not give

Hi @amash,

I configure the classifier and policy you provide on my XS1930-10 V4.70 patch4 but there's no error message.
In order to check the full configuration and the event log to clarify your problem, could you send the tech support to me in a private message? So your configuration will not be opened by others.
