Getting an error registering my new switch

Hi - Hope we all had a nice Christmas - I have lovely new xGS1210-12 and I would like to register it. It was purchased via amazon from Zyxel Communications. I have created a Zyxel account to register the device and it complains about the reseller - any ideas? thanks

    Thanks for the feedback.
    You do not need to register the XGS1210-12 on MZC to enjoy the warranty.
    In addition, if you need to submit the RMA request in the future, please follow this link to submit the RMA request to the Zyxel network in Europe.

    The XGS1210-12 cannot be registered in MZC, could you share why you want to register it?
    Is it for the warranty?
    In addition, the error message means the reseller information is not correct.
