Cannot sign into router even after factory reset

I have a Zyxel EMG6726-B10A router that I've been trying to port forward, but every time I try and log in as an admin, the password I use (which is written correctly every time) won't work. After factory resetting the router, it still won't work. What's going on?

The user guide at https://www.zyxel.com/global/en/support/download for EMG6726-B10A says that the password after factory reset is written on the label on your device.

Yes, I am aware of this. However, the password still doesn't work after resetting. The user is admin, and the password is on the router, but the website says the password is wrong every time.tonygibbs16 said:Hello @internetguy
