XS1930-10 printer between VLANs
Hi, i need a little help to configure my xs1930-10.
I have this VLANs right now:
Vlan 60 - (172.16.60.x) IoT
Vlan 61 - (172.16.61.x) Guest
Vlan 1 - (192.168.1.x) Trust
The printer its installed in Vlan 60 and its up and running all working fine with ip 172.16.60.52.
I have KEA DHCP server running in Ubuntu server with ip 192.168.1.6 and server IPS to all the VLANs.
I have KEA DHCP server running in Ubuntu server with ip 192.168.1.6 and server IPS to all the VLANs.
How can setup the switch and DHCP to allow printer in all my Vlans?
Thanks
Robert

IMVHO, unless printer support vLANS on its printer server... you can't.
However maybe a 1:1 NAT might do the trick.
Or you can create some security policy (firewall rules) that allow vLAN 1 and vLAN 61 to access to 172.16.60.52, maybe on limited services/ports.
If you need Airprint, things are gonna be a lot trickier.

Hi @nox79,Do you have a router in your network? If yes and all of your end devices have default gateway settings, they should be able to communicate with each other without any configuration on your switch.0

Maybe you should talk with the ISP?1

So you need to put another one between your infrastructure and the ISP router.

I agree with @mMontana and @Zyxel_Melen that a router with a configured routing policy that allows for communication between VLAN60 and other VLANs would be ideal for enabling your printer to communicate effectively.
