What is the EOL date of this product?

Hi @sancharstrike,
The EOL date of GS2200-24 is 2017/1/31.
Do you need the firmware because your switch cannot boot up?
In addition, the suggested replacement switch is GS2220-28.

I need firmware for Zyxel GS2200-24 because it can't boot up. Also as it won't boot, how will I load firmware?
