NAS 326 Issue with entry screen

I have had some connection problems with my NAS 326 for a couple of days.
I have made a reset of all settings (with 2 beeps).
Normally I should have an entry like: admin / pass:1234
However, it stucked on this screen like the below photo.
Any solution?

Do you know from which firmware did you upgrade?Have you tried accessing the NAS using different web browsers such as Opera, Firefox, Chrome, or Microsoft Edge in private mode?Does the issue persist across browsers?If so, please perform a ping test on the NAS IP address and use SSH to access the device.Then, run the command 'top' and share the results with us

Hello Jerry; unfortunately I don't know the firmware number, but I am prety sure that it was the last one because I have updated it couple of weeks ago.
I have enabled SSH and open the cmd window to make ssh to NAS 326 ip adress and also ping it.
I have also tried chrome, explorer, firefox and I can not enter in it.
