    May we know whether your problem is you cannot access the internet from lan?
    If so, what is your current running firmware version? What is your network topology?
    Could you check your network environment to see whether the root cause might be caused by a switch, WiFi AP, or ISP router?
    When you cannot access the internet, is there any blocked message on the Monitor > Log > View Log? Thanks.

    le soucis d'accès à internet est résolu .

    je travaille sur le ZyWALL USG100 et j'ai du mal à configurer un VPN via IPSec, pour accéder à mon réseaux depuis internet. pourriez vous me fournir une documentation adéquate pour le modèle USG100, et comment obtenir son logiciel client. cordialement
