OSPF on GRE tunnel interfaces

Currently OSPF is not possible on GRE interfaces, for IPSec an dyn routing only VTI ist possible. But there are a few other firewall brands only supporting GRE in some situations. So this would really help in heterogeneous setups (especially in cloud environments). The effort to realize that should not be that big.

Before every major firmware release, we review and evaluate all feature requests in ideas.
If the feature is beneficial to most users, it will be implemented in the official firmware.
The ideas which are already implemented or in the product roadmap are moved to "Ideas come true" section.
