[NEBULA] Change Nebula Control Center Owner

I need to change the Nebula Control Center account owner due to a change of company that will manage the customer.

How should I proceed?

The password could be changed on myzxyel.com "Account"~

Hi @Adam777,

Since the NCC account and its password is the same as myZyxel.com account.
Therefore, if you want to change the password for your NCC account, please go to the myZyxel.com, login with your NCC account, and click "Account" on the upper-right corner(You may need to login again.).

Then, you may reset your password(Click Submit in the bottom of the page to save your change.)

If anyone else needs to release an account, the answer is this: contact support by phone or email, they will guide you thru releasing an Org to another owner. Support has to do the actual transition.
