    Same thing here, wtpinfo (whatever that is) will not fit in memory. 

    Upgrade history = brand new ZyWall 310 straight out of the box, no upgrades done ever. Running the latest V4.31(AAAB.1) released 2018-4-11 firmware. 

    Yes, the licenses have all been activated. Flash usage is 64%. Memory usage is 21%

    Hi @c7ic

    Can you upgrade USG firmware to 4.33WK19 first.

    ftp://ftp.zyxel.com/USG60W/firmware/433AAKZ0ITS-WK19-r88384.zip

    And try to enter this command to flush memory.

    Router> debug system _disk-cleanup


    After cleared memory, and try to download AP firmware again.

    How I can download AP firmware manually?

    Hi @c7ic

    You can go to Configuration > Wireless > AP Management > Firmware. Click Check button.

    It will check the latest AP version on server.

    And then click Apply button.

    If device is controlling AP, then device will download AP firmware to system first and apply to your AP.
