    Hi @laninformatica
May I know what's the authentication you want to use?
There are four types of the cloud authentication account, and user account type is used to do 802.1x authentication.

If you have set the SSID with WLAN security "WPA2-Enterprise with Nebula cloud authentication" but can't connect to the SSID, please share more information for us about the issue symptom.

    Thanks.

    Hi @laninformatica,

If you want to create an administrator, please go to Organization > Administrator to add a new account and activate the account.

After add the administrator, please note that if the email account was never registered in Nebula, please sign it up first and activate the account by the link in the email.
When the account was activated and able to login to Nebula, you can access the organization.
    Thanks.
