Hi wallacepc67, You want to set up your NAS under the VMG8825-B50B LAN side? And your NAS device has a Ethernet connection to VMG8825, right? I don’t know the NAS behavior here, you may need to check with the NAS provider.

Hi Tremors, What’s your VMG8825 firmware version? Have you checked the Media Library Path? You may need to enter the current path for access.

Hi phantomjinx, May I know had you enable the sys log on GUI: Maintenance -> log setting -> Syslog Logging -> enable Then you can find the logs display on System Monitor -> Log

Hi Zuza, What’s your VMG3925-B10B firmware version? You want to set up a backup connection on Cellular? Can I assume that’s a second connection on VMG3925? What’s your primarily WAN connection?

Hi rafaelsolano, Not sure which PC you use for login, provide a way for checking the VMG gateway here: 1. Open your PC “Terminal” 2. Type: ipconfig. 3. Find “Default Gateway”, and use this IP address for login.

Hi Cojrak, What’s your VMG1312-B10A firmware version? Have the chromecast and other devices all under VMG1312 network, but cannot be found? Is there only one device cannot connect to the chromecast or all the devices failed?
