Not happen on me, can your VPN server forward the traffic to internet?

Perhaps the USB power is not sufficient to supply certain size of external USB storage, or had you already plugged in the external power and still fail as well?

可以從 Monitor --> Session Monitor 針對被攻擊方IP (假如知道的話) 或者有異常流量的source IP 去做一個簡易判斷

Followed this tutorial? https://community.zyxel.com/en/discussion/10278/how-to-register-on-premise-usg-flex-series-onto-nebula-control-center-ncc#latest

Looks like your device is originally running on premises mode before upgrading to 5.10 so that you need to press the reset button (press and hold for few seconds) and restart those settings from beginning. The wizard will guide you about how to get your device on nebula

Found a tutorial posted a while ago which should be able to help https://community.zyxel.com/en/discussion/10912/how-to-mitigate-the-threat-of-the-security-incident

Strange, how's the result when using terminal and ping to www.youtube.com? And had you turned on any kind of utm features (content filter, as, reputation filter...etc). You can also check if the log says anything related to blocking.

You need to renew your license to make it functional again

Does the USG310 play as a VPN server? VPN client? or just a router role between the VPN connection? And what kind of VPN is used in this scenario? To my device, the vpn connection negotiation log can be seen in monitor--> log (I'm using USG110 as the IPSec VPN server)
-
What specific log you meant? Or all log can't be seen on your device? On my zyxel firewall I can see a lot of log on it by default (system log mainly)
-
Or you can use "apply" command via cli interface (ssh/web cli/console...etc) to apply your configuration file directly, if anything went wrong when applying, it will popup the error

I think what Ernst_Niggli using is the elder eoled USG20 but not now days USG20-VPN. If it didn't reboot before, perhaps you try to re-configure your device. If problem still exist, it could be HW problem and you have to repair it (if the guy who sold you still have this model in stock) or upgrade to USG20-VPN instead
-
What model it is? Is it in the support list?
-
I don't think so on certain eol device
