Do you mean your iPhone and iPad not able to see Multy SSID? Does it still not work? What is the firmware version of your Multy? When the problem happened, you can check the WiFi setting on Multy App to see it is disabled or enabled, also you can try to reboot Multy to check again.

What are you talking about which ZYXEL product? Can you also share its firmware version?

Can you screenshot the device IP information with "rogue" IP addresses? Or is there more description about "rogue" IP addresses? And what is your network topology and IP range of DHCP server?

It still can work, if Multy X is router mode, but there have double NAT in your environment. And when your NAS is connected to Multy X, it may hard to access from WAN side.
