  • Yes, it's possible. Configure a static ip on the switch (default vlan1) With the second ip on the machine you can manage the device
  • Hi, no dhcp was to isolate the device and verify if it responds on yhe default ip after a factory reset. As far as i know GS1900-8HP is not nebula compliant.
  • Hi @Peter Tselios make sure no dhcp server is connected (i.e. router etc.) to your switch, then try to factory reset again and check if 192.168.1.1 responds to ping. No specific port is needed at default. Also you could download ZON utility from zyxel website to set a specific ip on the device Hope this can help Fred
  • Hi @Zyxel_Jeff thanks for your tech clarification, but don't you think an 2200 could be an overkill for the pockets of an soho/smb enviroment? Fred
  • Hi @JS87 i asked my italian distributor the same question. Replied: new products will be released in the last quarter. I don't know if it's true or if it was an answer to reassure me. Fred
  • Hi @Zyxel_Kay thanks for your suggestion. I got it! I was ignoring "Default 3" added after fw update. The country code was different from radio 1 and 2. And even though radio 3 is not operated by the APs, the country code mismatch evidently doesn't sit well with them. 😅 Fred
  • Hi @Zyxel_Bella today a similar issue with an ATP200 and 11 WAC 6103d-i after fw upgrade… Everything was ok with ATP fw 5.32 and AP fw 6.45 After FW upgrade to 5.35 (ATP) and 6.50 (AP) all ap's “Limited” due to “Radio1 and Radio 2 Conflict” No issue if i leave active only one of the two radios ideas? Thanks in advance Fred
  • @Zyxel_Emily Ok thanks. Fred
  • Thank for your reply @mMontana the mail server manager says that communication on the lan interface does not require encryption. He is investigating about your question.. ... Just Thinking... But if the problem is the certificate, why the issue remains if i use 8.8.8.8 as DNS? And why anyother model is not afflicted? Just…
  • Thank for your clarification @Zyxel_Kevin can we schedule the remote session in the afternoon at 3.00 pm italian time zone? Thanks
  • hi guys, sorry for the delay.Update: the issue seems to be related to the SSL port. On Atp SSL port is configured as 8443. On Mac where ":8443" is added to public IP another port is automatically added as reported in screenshot. If i restore port 443 in global parameters on ATP, (and delete :8443 on SSL Client) no more…
  • as far i can see your configuration is quite basic. Obviously we missing something. In my opinion it could be better backup the configuration, full reset and start from scratch.
  • Hi @SMarkG this article might help... https://support.zyxel.eu/hc/en-us/articles/360001378633-How-to-setup-SNAT-in-a-VPN-tunnel Fred
  • I presume you have already done this obvious test; anyway what if you change wpa 2 in open? (to create the same conditions of the other ssid)
