Can you share the model name of DoorBird indoor stations and cameras? Do you mean these devices can see SSID of Multy X, but cannot connect? Does these devices support WPA2-AES? Does it able to connect previous router? If yes, do you know the WiFi security setting on previous router? (WPA or WPA2 or WPA/WPA2)

Do you mean after AiShield free trial license expired, you still cannot use the parental control of Multy App? Do you try to reboot your Multy X and re-open Multy App to check?

Zyxel NAS hasn't the tool/app of disk defragmentation. As far as I know, the various disk partition formats used in Linux have been adjusted for the way the files are stored, so that the efficiency of accessing files is increased, so that the so-called disk defragmentation operation is not required.

Do you mean after reset two nodes and reinstall them, 2nd node still cannot add and Multy App shows "Disconnected"? Did you switch them to install again? What is the LED status of two nodes? Can you share your network topology? What is the device which connected before 1st Multy X? And which WAN type that Mutly X used?

Can you share the screenshot about "system error" message? Do you mean you cannot add 2nd Mutly X via Multy App? Which mobile phone you used? What is the model and O.S. version? Does Multy App still show "Disconnected"? Please explain more details.
