Do you mean when you plug in its power adapter, both Multy X cannot power on? If you used Multy App, can you install them?

When the primary node has upgraded to the latest firmware, the second node should be synchronized with the primary node automatically. Does the second node still not upgrade successfully?

If 2nd node is too close 1st node, you need to move 2nd node to another place. Because there is no way to adjust the signal strength. Have you encountered any problems with the use?

You can open Multy App and go to "Parental Control", tap that device to know which band is connected. From your screenshot, some results seems fine (169.8 Mbps, 180.7 Mbps). Please check your iPhone is connected to 5GHz for better performance.
