@tonygibbs16 Have you tried to clear the cache on your browser?
-
@Haron, Can you take a screenshot to show which page you try to config and see the option is grayed out? Please also check if you can see MESH tab in Menu > Network Setting > Wireless. Try to disable the mesh function might be the solution.

@dyne1512 What is the old firmware version before you upgraded and which version of the new firmware you used to upgrade the device? Are you able to log in the GUI?

@Runner73 I can't find the LTE support list on the official website. Not sure if Dlink DWM-222 is supported or not.Have you tried to contact the local support?
-
@Runner73 Does it mean now you haven't bought the LTE dongle yet and would like to know which one is supported?

@ne10g,I think for WiFi issue, there are many things which can affect the performance in the environment. If you can try to narrow down the possible reasons and report it to Zyxel with replicate steps, I believe it will be useful. How do you report your problem to Zyxel?

@DanielDaniel LCP is Link Control Protocol.I think it means your connection is dropped.
-
@qazwsx87 You can log in the GUI and find out which security protocol is supported in the WiFi settings pages.

@peteseddon Is the model name VMG3925-B10C??
-
@Wiktorrwie What do you mean "The cable works, if I plug it into a computer it's fine, but if I plug it in the router I get red internet light."?Does the cable mean Ethernet cable? What is your WAN settings on the VMG8924-B10A?
-
@ilhami For IGMP issue, in my experience, it would be easy to understand what happens if we can capture both WAN side and LAN side packets. But I doubt that you are able to get the support to capture WAN side packets from your ISP. In my point of view, without the WAN side and LAN side packets, it is really hard to tell…
-
@Lexyz It is possible that it's disabled by your ISP. What is your firmware version? Can't you ask your ISP to help you to set it up to disable the ping for WAN side? If you read the Note in Firewall page, you should see that even you set the security level to High, some services are still accessible.

@DrFingeryaguts Why do you use static IP instead of DHCP on VMG3925? Doesn't your Virginmedia router assign DHCP IP on LAN? Is it possible to simplify your topology to remove Virginmedia router? It would be easy to understand if you could provide the WAN settings on Virginmedia router and VMG3925.

@Honeysing If the power led is always red, my suggestion is to contact the local support for the help.
