We also noticed many problems with 4.60 and we had to rollback to 4.39.

Dear Zyxel_Vic, Thanks for you reply. Zyxel has been very quiet on this issue. We noticed this problem on many sites with many AP. After the 4.60 update all AP goes offlines for hours. Sometime we can force the AP updates and it works but most of the time we had to do a rollback to get our system running. But the problem…

Hi, I cannot reconfigure AP profile for more than 100 routers. I just want the update to not break the config... But Zyxel seems to ignore our problem.

Hi, We are a big compagny and we have more than hundreds of AP. Because of the 4.60 upgrade we have lots of bricked AP. please can you send me the procedure as we will not be able to send all the AP to the local provider for recovery. Thanks

Yes AP are connected to the USG40w and managed by the Zyxel. But after the upgrade they are all blinking red and not connected, for hours..

I am sorry to say that but this 4.60 upgrade is a total disaster. All our router make the mentioned error and all the Access Point attached to the router are not connecting anymore. I notice that we have the same error on another router just migrated to 4.60. error message : -87003WTP Log Query : send capwap event fail

We had to rollback on 4.39 and now everything is okay except one AP which is still blinking orange even after reboot. We do not undestood what happened but this 4.60 seems to bring some challenges.

For your info, downgrade to 4.35 (from 4.39) fixed the problem.

I'm not sur I need to add this route because I can already ping the DFS using the IP directly. The problem is only with the name resolution. ThanksDavy

Hi Emily, Thanks a lot for the answer. With that I can get some information, but I don't get the IP of the VPN Gateway. I'm sur I can retrieve this with snmp.

Hi, Thanks again for your answer,I think we found what was the problem and in fact there was no problem with the MTU at all, that was bad track. I have noticed that all of our Zyxel routers doesn't reply to ping higher than 100 bytes and the ADP was responsible of this. When you turn off the ADP in the security policy, you…
