  • Hi, Thanks for the hints. My client’s using a normal router, and it’s his ISP blocking the TCP 4335 & 6667. His ISP finally agreed to open up TCP 4335 and everything works fine! Best Regards,Patty

  • Hi Zyxel support, Thanks for the information.After I upgraded my notebook wireless card driver, I did calls and it works alright!If the firmware is released, I’d like upgrade the firmware. Please inform me at once.
