  • @tomas What kind of environment that your Multy placed? Is the place full of wifi signal? My guess is that your end devices steer from 5G to 2.4G, and it may be some noise interference in your WLAN environment to cause the problem. You can try to reboot your Multy because Multy will re-select a better channel for the wifi…
  • @tomas, Did your Multy show red light, or just the speed droped? @Alfie2019, @tomas, How many end devices connected to the Multy in your network system? Is it a lot(10-30) or a few(1-10)?
  • @Lomprayah In your situation, it may be some noise interference in your WLAN environment to cause the problem. As far as i know, Multy will choose the best band frequency for the wireless backhaul between your Multys at the first pairing/reboot. However, the backhaul will use the same band until you reboot(re-pairing)…
  • hmm... why did you have to reboot and reset your Multy every weekend? what happened on it?
  • Hi DarrenWelton, Do other devices have any connection issue as your Sky Q boxes? Please check the internet of those Multy first. Can you share the topology of your network system?
  • What is the distance between the root node and the node 2? You can try to move the node 2 close to the root node, and reboot the node 2, see this is any improvement.
  • Where do you place the Netatmo? Is it far from Multy? You can move the Netatmo close to the Multy U, and make sure that the distance won't an issue of the disconnection. Or you can test the signal by standing near the Netatmo with your smartphone.
  • As I know, all GS-1200 series isn't able to change the management VLAN, only VLAN 1. If you want to change the management VLAN, GS-1900 8HP is capable of this feature.
