  • Hi @fabiolanza, Based on your description, please make sure that the GS1900-8 still reachable by using the command prompt to PING the IP of the switch. Then try every following step below then re-login: 1. Clean the cache of the browser.2. Use "Private browsing mode".3. Reboot the switch.4. Reset the switch. Hope it helps.
  • Hi @fabiolanza, Zyxel switch GS1900-8 is a smart-managed switch. Therefore, all configuration must be modified via WebUI. Telnet and SSH are for internal debug usage only. Note: Use "?" symbol to show the switch supported command.
