Hello Sir, Thank you for your reply.Here is the current firmware we use. My apologies if I was not clearer about this device brand I am using.I have checked the latest firmware (5.32) and it is mentioning the fix below. I'll let you know if this resolves the issue once USG is updated.Thank you.

We also have the same issue here and connection cannot be made from Mac OS 10.14 with Zyxel VPN Client.The account works perfectly with a Windows agent.We a custom port number 10445 to connect to router.
