Normally, you can put HDDs of old NAS326 to new NAS326. The data is still existed. And you should also backup the configuration file of old NAS326, restore it to new NAS326. But this is not good option that swapping disks between 2 NAS326s.

Does all LED of PLA4231 and PLA4201 no light when plugged to the wall outlet? Can you share the information of LED status? Do you able to connect WiFi of PLA4231? Do you try to reset and re-pair them?

After reset, all data is still existed in your volume, only NAS configuration would be removed. But I think you should backup the data to avoid accidents.

It's fine on my NAS520 with the latest firmware. Do you remember that you ever change anything? Have you try to clear the cache of the browser? Or try to use different browser to check. If it doesn't help, you may try to reset your NAS520.

What is the model name of your Zyxel device? Do you try to HW reset?

Hi pancho35m, My Aurora firmware is the same with yours as V1.00(ABEQ.3)C0, but it works properly in my side. Please make sure "Recording" is enabled. If it's still not working, you can tap "Clear" to format Storage, and then try it again.
